Important Notice Regarding Healthcare and HIPAA

Edifi, LLC is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, licensed therapy provider, or “Covered Entity” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).

The services offered through the Platform are faith-based counseling, coaching, mentorship, and wellness support services and are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or healthcare services.

Although Edifi is not legally subject to HIPAA as a Covered Entity, we voluntarily implement privacy and security safeguards intended to align with HIPAA-style standards and recognized industry best practices to help protect sensitive personal information.
