Christ Community Presbyterian Church

Christ Community exists to be a worshiping community to the glory of God, perpetually spreading the gospel to ourselves and throughout our city resulting in a movement of churches, ministries and equipped members that will change Lakeland and the world. A vision statement is what we would like to see the Lord do through our church and the list below are things we would like to see happening in all the ministries that we offer: Communion with God: We want to equip people for vibrant worship corporately, with their families and privately. Worship that is oriented around God's Word and Prayer, allowing it to strike us at the core of our affections. Community with Others: We want to equip people to live in healthy community with one another. A community that is marked with acceptance, forgiveness, hospitality, authenticity, truth telling, holiness, generosity, suffering, encouragement, worship, and a missional focus. Commission to the City and World: We want to equip our members to have a ministry mindset where they live, work and play locally and abroad. Gospel Dynamics: We want to equip our people to know Jesus through the gospel as to live a lifestyle of repentance and faith that bears the fruit of holiness and love. Biblical Worldview: Equipping people with a Biblical worldview founded on reformed theology and a redemptive-historical interpretation of Scripture.
